Several specialty pizzas that are truly unique. There is sourdough and regular crust. If you aren't up for pizza, they have other options. The staff is super friendly and very efficient. “ Baba Louie's is a stalwart gem that my family has been enjoying for years but what really stood out to me, especially in these times on my most recent visit, is the outstandingly polite and attentive service. On a Monday evening in a downpour, they opened their doors early for those who came to wait before 5pm and before 6pm they were essentially full. The house red is lovely and very affordable, the salads are fresh and flavorful (we like the Insalata Allegra: mixed greens, figs, apricots, roasted pecans and our balsamic vinaigrette dressing) and the pizzas uncommonly crisp and well-balanced (we like the Queen Margherita and Cole's Creation, but there is something for every taste). I was struck by how polite and attentive the busboy was and how they have waitstaff-in-training shadow experienced staff before working themselves; this attention to staff management serves both the customers and owners well (frequent staff turnover is no one's friend). ”

“ Tiny but mighty! We visit this winner every time we're in Hudson! Vegan options are incredibly flavorful, salads are for two. Favorites include daily pasta specials half or whole, soups and house bread. Servers are circling the tables, softly checking in for questions and extras. Warm and inviting, the lighting is perfect in the restaurant. Step outside onto Warren street for a stroll, dog watching is free! ”

“ Food: 5 Service: 5 Ambience: 5 Date/Time: 6/18/2023 7:30pm Crowd: 3/4 full Order: Abbondante BBQ Chicken This restaurant is located toward the middle of Warren St. The setup has booths along the right wall with tables in the middle and the bar on the right. Also has a table set in a small nook just to the left of the entrance with a view of the street. There is outdoor seating as well. The noise level is manageable to the point you could carry on a conversation without yelling. Service was great with a very friendly server who did a good job checking in with us. The BBQ pizza was thin crust with a slight crispness to it and a good combo of sauce, onions and chicken. Overall a good experience and would definitely recommend it! ”
